Your life looks fine on paper. Your body isn't buying it.

On paper, mine was pretty damn good, too. I kept waiting for the feeling to catch up to the "facts." Spoiler alert, it never did.

If that's you, you're in the right place.

The Free Workbook

Find Your Way Back

A guided workbook for overwhelmed women ready to ask if any of this is actually theirs.

Five sections. No right answers. Just you.

This is for the woman who's done a really good job keeping everything together, and has started to notice she isn't sure what she wants anymore. Maybe things look fine from the outside and still feel like something's missing. Maybe you're just quietly, privately done running on autopilot.

This workbook won't tell you what to do next. It'll help you hear yourself again.

-- MEET ILANA

I'm Ilana.

I'm not here because I figured it out. I'm here because I'm in the middle of figuring it out.

For a long time I couldn't explain what was wrong, because on paper, nothing was. I'd built the life I thought I wanted, so when something in my body kept telling me otherwise, I didn't have a name for it. I just knew something was off. So I sat down and started asking myself real questions, in writing, slowly, with actual time and space to answer them honestly instead of the way that sounds good. What came up surprised me. There was so much underneath that I'd quietly masked over because I thought this was the life I was supposed to want.

Slowing down enough to feel that was what let me finally tap into what I wanted for real. But feeling it and building toward it turned out to be two different things. That part I couldn't do alone, and I still can't. I work with a coach of my own, right now, while I do this work with other people.

Those questions turned into 18th Healing. I'm not handing anyone a five-step plan. I'm sitting across from someone, asking the questions they've been avoiding, and then we figure out the next step together. It's the way I wish someone had done with me back then, and the way someone still does with me now.

I still catch myself doing the exact thing I coach people out of, saying yes before I've checked if I actually want to, staying busy enough that I don't have to sit with a harder question. It's the whole reason I do this the way I do.

If you've been circling that same question, that's exactly what the workbook is for. The exercises in it are close to the ones that got me here.

Already know you want to talk it through?

Not everyone needs the workbook first. Maybe you already know.

If that's you, skip the workbook and just book a free discovery session. It's quick, there's no script, and nobody's asking you to decide anything today.
